Stepping Forward Works connects the unemployed and under-employed to high priority occupations through industry certified training, essential skills development, and job search assistance. We support local employers by providing qualified, skilled workers that have been vetted through our program (including drug tested).
Franklin County businesses who hire our graduates benefit from productive employees equipped with the necessary hard and soft skills to do an excellent job. Partnerships with employers are vital to keeping the program going. Together, we can build a local workforce prepared to meet the demands of emerging industry.

How can you become a Corporate Partner?

Participate as an Employer: As an employer, you have the opportunity to: 1) Present to program clients about your employment needs and job expectations for the industry, 2) Host clients for a site tour to provide in-person experience of the job environment, and 3) Interview (and hopefully hire!) qualified job candidates who successfully completed the program.
