Giving Tuesday is worldwide philanthropic event, harnessing the generosity of millions to support the causes they believe in and the communities in which they live. Following the holiday shopping days of Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday, Giving Tuesday acts as our reminder that giving to better our neighborhoods and communities is just as important to the holiday spirit as spreading joy to our loved ones.
On this day, every single act of volunteerism or donation to United Way of Franklin County is amplified by the sheer number of people joining in.
